A new church in the east of the city

We started two
years ago with
eleven people.

We meet at ten on Sunday mornings in a school hall, because we do not have a building and are in no hurry to get one. About seventy of us now. If you come, someone will find you and nobody will make you stand up.

Everything we have taught

Midweek

Most of the actual church happens in someone's front room.

Sunday is the gathering. The rest of the week is three small groups who eat together, read the same passage the church is on, and notice when somebody stops turning up.

If you have been three times, this is the one to come to.

Who is here

Two part-time, and everyone else

A real site would put photographs here. Initials, because this church does not exist.

Finding us

Eastfield School hall, off the ring road.

Parking
In the school car park. Free on Sundays, and never full.
Entrance
The side door by the flagpole, not the main gate.
Step-free
The whole hall. The accessible toilet is on the left.
Late
The door stays open. Nobody turns round.

Giving

We tell you what it costs to run this.

Rent for the hall, one part-time salary, and the sound equipment we borrow too often. A one-page summary goes out every January, and if you want the detail you can have it.
