A trust on the north side of town, run mostly by volunteers.
Northgate started in 2011 when three churches decided it was silly to run three food parcels between them. We are about forty volunteers and two paid staff.

Northgate started in 2011 when three churches decided it was silly to run three food parcels between them. We are about forty volunteers and two paid staff.
Parcels twice a week, and a hot meal on Sunday afternoons. No referral needed.
Weekday afternoons in term time, for children at the two nearest schools.
Open all day in winter. Tea, chairs, and nobody asking why you came.
A volunteer who helps with forms, letters and phone calls to the council.
