Four groups by age, forty-five minutes, and a leader who will tell you exactly what your child did. You can stay in the room the whole time if you would rather — plenty of parents do the first few weeks.
What happens
All at the same time, in four rooms off the same corridor. Siblings can stay together if that is easier for the first few weeks.
Runs all morning
Toys, a quiet corner, and two leaders. Parents welcome to stay.

Enhanced background checks, renewed every three years. No exceptions and no helpers who have not been.
Two leaders in every room, every week, including the creche.
Your child is only released to the adult who brought them, or one you name in writing.
